With more than 13,000 families in Kansas City struggling to find affordable housing, Resurrection volunteers created the Helping Hands Construction Ministry. The ministry's mission is to be the hands and feet of Jesus in our city by assisting local non-profit organizations that are doing important humanitarian work every day with small construction repairs, allowing them to continue without structural obstacles. For this serve event, we will be working with other volunteers on projects including construction, organization, and clean-up to support our community partners. We will be working at The Hub Argentine in Kansas City, Kansas.
