The Giving Garden
Summary:
The Giving Garden is a community justice initiative to grow fresh, organic produce. The produce from this garden goes directly to our Resurrection Food Mobile and our Resurrection Food Pantry and be given away as a tangible sign of love to those facing food insecurity. This garden is an exciting opportunity to come alongside Resurrection’s Vision 2030. We hope to actively close the gaps that exist between the world as it is today and the way it should be in our lives, across our community, and around the world.
Our 2023 Season was an absolute miracle! We were about to donate over 10,000 tomatoes and two tons of produce to Resurrection's FoodMobile! This year we've set our sights even higher and hope to make an even bigger impact on the Kansas City community! We can't wait to see you there!
