ReStore Volunteer Information:

• ReStore volunteers do not need to have any prior experience or bring any of their own tools; we will give you all of the education and tools you need!

• All registered volunteers will receive a volunteer reminder email 5 days prior to their volunteer shift.

• We ask that all volunteers stay the full shift.

• If your shift if over the lunch period, we will have 30 minutes set aside for lunch time. Your lunch will be provided.

• We highly recommend you bring a water bottle with you.

• Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and wear sturdy/closed toe shoes (NO flip flops, sandals or crocs!) If you have work gloves, you are welcome to bring them. A Pride Build t-shirt will be provided for volunteers at check-in.

• Dress for the weather. The warehouses can be warm or cool depending on the weather. Some projects may be outdoors.

• The use, purchase and possession of alcohol, drugs and weapons are forbidden on Habitat KC property and volunteer sites.

• All volunteers must be 14 or older to volunteer.
